Owners Jeff and Jennie Wulbrun created Distinctive Designs with the intent to set themselves apart from the mainstream of builders.  Would we put it in our home?  Is it the quality we would want in our home?  These are common questions we ask ourselves during projects.  If we build a quality home with the attention to detail it deserves, top quality components and amentities, we believe the sophisticated buyer will always see the difference and appreciate our efforts.  Our homes reflect quality with distinctively refreshing selections and quality throughout.  Our construction manager, Tony Young, has been in the home building business for over 30 years.  We have carefully selected subcontractors who approach their work with the same pride and attention to detail that we expect and demand.  Our best source of business is referrals from satisfied past clients, which is why after sale service is a top priority for us.  Distinctive Designs will take good care of you throughout the building process and long after you close.
